吐个槽，一颗牙折腾两年多，换了3家医院，结果查出个大疑问！
事情得从2023年说起，当时因为这颗牙，前后跑了4次医院，做了根管治疗，我还清楚记得钻牙的噪音、满嘴的碎屑，还有扯着太阳穴疼的劲儿，那罪遭得我以为彻底根治了。
今年年初，牙齿外侧掉了一小块，我去第二家医院检查，医生看了说“不疼就先维持现状”，我就没当回事。直到最近填充物脱落，用舌头一舔，一个深洞！我赶紧去了第三家医院，本想补补就完事儿。
结果医生一看就摇头：“洞太大补不了，得打个桩才能保住牙，先拍个片看看。”片子出来后，医生的话让我浑身一凉：“你这牙没做过根管治疗啊！”他还调出其他病人的片子给我看，说做完根管的牙，牙根里会有一条明显的填充痕迹，我的片子里只有点残留的填充物，压根没有那道线。
我现在满脑子问号：2023年那4次罪白受了？当时到底给我做的啥治疗？只好预约专科口腔医院的专家号。
I’ve gotta vent—one stupid tooth has been messing with me for over two years. After going to 3 different hospitals, I found something totally weird!
Let’s start with 2023. This tooth was bugging me back then, so I went to the hospital 4 times to get a root canal. I still remember it clearly: the loud whine of the drill, little bits of tooth in my mouth, and the pain that pulsed all the way to my temple. I suffered through all that, thinking the tooth was finally fixed for good.
Earlier this year, a tiny piece broke off the outside of the tooth. I went to a second hospital to check it out. The doctor said, “If it doesn’t hurt, just leave it alone for now.” So I didn’t worry about it. But just a few days ago, the filling inside fell out. When I touched it with my tongue, there was a deep hole! I rushed to a third hospital, figuring they’d just fill it and I’d be done.
But the doctor shook his head right away when he looked at it: “The hole’s too big to fill directly. We need to put a post in to save the tooth. Let’s take an X-ray first.” When the X-ray was ready, what he said gave me a cold shock: “You never had a root canal on this tooth!” He even showed me X-rays of other patients. He said a tooth with a root canal has a clear line from the filling in the root—but mine only had some old filling left. No line at all.
Now I’m just confused: Did I go through all that pain 4 times in 2023 for nothing? What did they even do to my tooth back then? All I can do now is book an appointment with a specialist at a dental clinic.
