@bingbabe works in a Gas station, sometimes. She witnesses lots of fill and runs. The plates are taken, looked up via the DVLA and the owner is pursued by a debt collector. That's how it works here.

What a stressful job because of having to be alert in potentially dangerous situations. Here we just shoot the thieves and get it over with. 🤠 Just kidding, that's the states, and I'm not joking. That's how they've dealt with gas theft in a few instances, so you better be sure you want that free gasoline.
