The clutter in that garage gives it that "lived-in" look.

Not sure if you mean literally, there was no bed in there and it would be freezing in winter.

        No, it simply reminds me of the advanced state of decay of the housing stock here in general. The front yards with rusted cars up on cinder blocks and piles of junk everywhere is a sight to behold here.
