I visited such a club when I was in Ukraine and it was under construction and quite interesting but small and very private. One part of the club was done at that time and it was the BDSM room. The interior was so intense that reminded me of a red room. I was not familiar with the equipment at all but there were mirrors too. This post reminded me of that day, the only difference is that the room was brand new and unused. Great post, really fascinating...
