You mean rotting turds? 😀, there's this smell and then the 19th century building smell when they made solid buildings like those old cinemas. Now that's the classic stench.

yes a sweet scent of decay rather than a foul stench. It is a special feeling you get as you approach an old capsule, don't know about you but I pick that scent up through the fabric of the building before I even get in!

On trying (and failing) to get in Burnley Odeon years ago, we could smell it coming through the vents..!
I think you could smell burnley from as far away as blackburn, I hear it is a shithouse of a place?
