Cathedral Hill's homes are, mostly, intact now. There were lots of abandoned mansions there between the 1960's and mid-1970's though. If things continue to go as they are now though we'll probably see the cycle play itself out again and the area will be dotted with vacant properties within the next decade or so. The city is pricing people out due to property tax rate increases and the crime is gotten intolerable.
