This looks like it was a cute little cottage at one point. I don't really see how people think they are going to renovate these places. Once it gets firebombed like that it's pretty much a bulldoze and start over in my opinion.

              Yeah, I guess so. Even though we have a ton of it over here, land still goes for a pretty penny.
