Most of the places you explore are pretty industrial or destroyed. I think this is the first one I've seen which really deserves to be saved and restored. There's some interesting architecture !

Agreed, 17th century, a castle.., and the roof is more or less OK. I was shocked to see that was the case. It is.. or was listed for sale.. so that Doc must be around or in hiding somewhere.

They describe it as a beautiful 17th century home, a character property, and "Some building work needed, but nothing too major for most reasonable builders." Only £395K...... plus whatever it costs to get it fixed up, and then probably listed.

LOL.. I have to disagree. They always seem to be silly values and that's why they rarely sell. It will be listed and that is a minus.
