there is a big old linden tree in the park that used to be a military base in previous centuries. already in the 1930's this tree was named kongelinden (the king's linden) and proclaimed protected as a cultural and natural monument. the thick clouds were lifting and the sun starting to poke through during my walk making it look like a full moon halloween night.
