UNSHAKEN HOPE

Hi everyone! Welcome to another edition of the Inleo daily prompt. This post is in response to #JulyInLeo Day 11!. With the theme "Emotions and Feelings."

As we all know, this is a really rough time in the country of Nigeria. During difficult times like this, it's important for one to focus on things that bring them peace.

Because if you start thinking about how everything goes on a daily basis, you might end up being an ingrate to your creator.

In all you do in life, always ensure to be grateful for life because, as long as there is still life in you, then hope is certain.


In these hard times, how do you strengthen your hope?


  1. Gratitude:
    Take time each day to think about the things you're grateful for. This will only help shift your focus from negativity to positivity.

  2. Stay connected: Talking about your feelings with your friends, family, or a therapist for support can help you feel less alone.

  3. Engage in self-care: Make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as listening to music or going for a walk. You should try either of them that gives you peace of mind, makes you more relaxed, and makes you less worried.

  4. Set small, achievable goals: Celebrate your progress along the way, no matter how small it might look. A win is a win. This will only help you feel a sense of accomplishment and motivation.

  5. Seek inspiration: Find inspiration from books, movies, music, or anything else that resonates with you. Surround yourself with positivity to always lift your spirits.

Always have hope that things will only get better and better for you. Because hope is a force that helps us navigate challenging times.

Remember, it's okay to seek help if you're struggling. You're not alone in facing challenges, and there is always hope for better days ahead.


Reflect only on the good things in your life, no matter how small they may seem. Focusing on the positive can shift your perspective and foster hope.

Always ensure you take good care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, because if you don't do that, no one will for you. Engage in activities that bring you joy and help you relax.

And you never view difficulties as opportunities for growth and learning. Embrace the unknown, and believe that you have the strength to overcome obstacles.

And when you're finally able to attain that success of yours, be it a big one or a small one, always try to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. This will only help build your confidence and self-esteem.

Never let people talk down of you. If you ever find yourself in such a situation and you feel it's getting to you, please ensure to walk away. Don't let anyone put you under any unnecessary pressure.

Repeat encouraging phrases to yourself, such as "I am capable and strong" or "I will get through this." Affirmations can help rewire your mind with positive thoughts.

Take action and embrace imperfection. Recognize that nobody is perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes. Embrace your humanity, and remember that hope is a journey, not a destination.

If you have spiritual or religious beliefs, lean into them during difficult times. Faith can provide a sense of comfort and hope.


IN SUMMARY


We are all going through a lot, and you shouldn't let what another person says about you add to your burden. Their opinion is not really needed.

You're an imperfect perfection. You can do it. You are you and no one else. You're amazingly great just the way you are. You're the best version of yourself.

Keep Moving Everyday, And you'll surely attain the success you seek. And then, you'd proudly say, God Did 🙏❤️.
