See that sleep, it's very necessary. That's one way I address my issues too. Take a good sleep and wake up by the mercies of God to face the issue which feels like it doesn't exist again at this point. That's really therapeutic. Taking a walk is very nice too. Having that connection with nature, and yes, the smell of rain mixed with sand, so much refreshing.
