Hace un año, comenzamos esta emocionante aventura en "Chocolates Alile", un proyecto que nació de una valiosa amistad y una idea compartida. Todo comenzó cuando mi hijo Adrián y yo decidimos embarcarnos en este sueño inspirado por su amiga, proveedora de chocolate. Lo que inicialmente fue un pequeño negocio familiar de solo dos personas rápidamente comenzó a transformarse con esfuerzo, dedicación y una constante búsqueda de aprendizaje.
A year ago, we began this exciting adventure at "Chocolates Alile," a project born from a valuable friendship and a shared idea. It all began when my son Adrián and I decided to embark on this dream, inspired by his friend, a chocolate supplier. What was initially a small family business of just two people quickly began to transform with effort, dedication, and a constant pursuit of learning.
En nuestros primeros días, sin experiencia previa, investigamos, indagamos y aprendimos sobre la marcha. Poco a poco, fuimos perfeccionando nuestras técnicas y mejorando nuestras ofertas. Sin embargo, el camino también trajo cambios importantes. Con la partida de Adrián (mi hijo) fuera del país, mi sobrino Raysel asumió su lugar para seguir apoyándome, demostrando que Chocolates Alile es más que un negocio, es una unión familiar.
In our early days, with no prior experience, we researched, inquired, and learned as we went. Little by little, we perfected our techniques and improved our offerings. However, the journey also brought important changes. With Adrián (my son) leaving the country, my nephew Raysel took his place to continue supporting me, proving that Chocolates Alile is more than a business; it's a family union.
Además, esta travesía me enseñó habilidades que nunca antes habían estado en mi día a día, como el marketing, el diseño y la gestión de clientes. Hoy, gracias a la colaboración con mi amiga @jordy0827 , quien conocí en Hive, hemos logrado un crecimiento sólido y nos hemos posicionado en el mercado con constancia y dedicación. Sus aportes han sido esenciales para alcanzar el éxito reflejado en las ventas actuales.
Furthermore, this journey taught me skills that had never been part of my daily life before, such as marketing, design, and customer management. Today, thanks to the collaboration with my friend @jordy0827 , whom I met at Hive, we have achieved solid growth and have positioned ourselves in the market with consistency and dedication. Her contributions have been essential to achieving the success reflected in current sales.
No puedo dejar de mencionar a mi hermana Tania (@taniagonzalez), quien desde Venezuela ha sido un apoyo vital en la infraestructura necesaria para el crecimiento de Chocolates Alile. Su confianza y ayuda han sido impulsos esenciales para llevar a Alile a nuevas alturas. Sin ella, estoy segura de que hay cosas que no habríamos logrado alcanzar.
I can't help but mention my sister Tania (@taniagonzalez), who from Venezuela has been a vital support in providing the infrastructure necessary for the growth of Chocolates Alile. Her trust and help have been essential drivers in taking Alile to new heights. Without her, I'm sure there are things we wouldn't have been able to achieve.
Hoy, después de un año lleno de trabajo arduo y satisfacciones, celebramos con orgullo el crecimiento de Chocolates Alile. Comenzamos con bombones sólidos y ahora contamos con 8 ofertas deliciosas, incluyendo nuestras nuevas minidonas, que simbolizan nuestra pasión por la innovación y la mejora constante. Today, after a year full of hard work and satisfaction, we proudly celebrate the growth of Chocolates Alile. We started with solid chocolates and now have eight delicious offerings, including our new mini donuts, which symbolize our passion for innovation and constant improvement. Every chocolate, every box, every detail is handmade with love and dedication, always seeking to surprise and delight.
Este primer aniversario no sería posible sin ustedes, nuestros clientes y amigos, quienes han estado a nuestro lado en cada paso del camino.
