I know you are not asking me but I will share my most favorite fruit: pumpkin. I am happy to find a food blog about pumpkin and your recipe made me hungry and crave for smashed pumpkin. I always love eating this, especially when in a soup, and the texture and sweetness of the pumpkin really maximize my eating experience. Your detailed procedure mad me interested of the recipe and I guess I'll try cooking it here and maybe share it to you once I made it. Thank your for sharing this recipe with us @ramisey ❤️
