it's a different kind of batchoy,, here in western visayas, batchoy is pork stew with pancit/sotanghon noodles..
the "katol" photos look so interesting.. if they were a bit clearer plus a bit of vignette,, they would look so dramatic 😁..

        Yes, yes, and there's even a cup noodles of it no? I don't know why the oldies call this batchoy though. I tried to look at this on google pero yong with noodles talaga lumalabas.

        I actually Edited them a bit, to make it a bit darker. Uwu
