Espero de corazón que estén muy bien, verán estoy muy feliz de poder mostrarles como luce la perfección en un platillo jajaja, pues desde que llegue a la Isla de Margarita me volví muy amante del camarón, probando distintos sabores y formas de prepararlo en muchos lugares, pero tuve la dicha de conocer y formar una hermosa amistad con los dueños de un restaurante portugués, en el cual soy cliente fija por qué AMO toda su gastronomía única y deliciosa.
La Chef del lugar, es africana, por lo que también adora crear mezclar que incluyan sus raíces a sus platillos portugueses, en este caso estamos hablando de unos ricos camarones, pues son realizados en una rica salsa de curry y crema de coco, al principio pensé que su sabor no me iba a agradar, sonaba algo extraño, pero al probarlos, diosss, vi la gloria!!! jajaja ni sé cómo describirles el sabor, pues es la combinación perfecta de coco y curry, sin opacar el uno al otro, además de ser una salsa muy espesa la cual puedes terminar de comer con pan tostado, desde entonces, cada que vengo a comer al restaurante pido sin falta estos camarones, son completamente exquisitos y hasta ahora los más sabrosos que he probado en la vida!, donde fue la última vez que comieron unos camarones tan buenos?? ¡Nos leemos en los comentarios!.

Hey dear community! I hope you are very well, you will see I am very happy to show you how perfection looks like in a dish hahaha, because since I arrived to Margarita Island I became a shrimp lover, trying different flavors and ways to prepare it in many places, but I had the joy to meet and form a beautiful friendship with the owners of a Portuguese restaurant, in which I am a regular customer because I LOVE all its unique and delicious cuisine.
The Chef of the place, is African, so she also loves to create mixes that include her roots to her Portuguese dishes, in this case we are talking about some rich shrimp, because they are made in a rich curry sauce and coconut cream, at first I thought I would not like the taste, it sounded something strange, but when I tasted them, godss, I saw the glory!!!! hahaha I don't even know how to describe the taste, because it is the perfect combination of coconut and curry, without overshadowing each other, besides being a very thick sauce which you can finish eating with toast, since then, every time I come to eat at the restaurant I ask for these shrimp, they are completely delicious and so far the tastiest I have ever tasted in life!
