For breakfast today, I prepared potatoes and carrots in a different way. Intuition guided me through each step, resulting in a delicious dish that I could make again anytime. Cooking becomes a pleasant experience when done with love, and coming up with new recipes has taken me on a fascinating culinary journey.

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of water

Procedure:

I washed the potatoes thoroughly, peeled them, and cut them into thin slices. Then I submerged them in water to parboil them. I did the same with half a carrot. I added a pinch of salt.

I grated the onions and the other half of the carrot.

I crushed the garlic, removed the skins, and crushed it again.

I greased a frying pan with a napkin, added the onion and grated carrot, then added the garlic. I sautéed for 10 minutes.

I used a fork to check that the potatoes and carrots were soft, drained the water, and added them to the previous mixture.

Procedimiento:

Lavé muy bien las papas, quité las conchas y corté en rodajas finas. Luego las sumergí en agua para sancocharlas. Hice lo mismo con media zanahoria. Agregué un punto de sal.

Rallé las cebollas y la otra mitad de la zanahoria.

Trituré los ajos, retiré las conchas y volví a machacar.

Aceité un sartén con una servilleta, coloqué la cebolla y la zanahoria rallada, posteriormente agregué el ajo. Sofreí por 10 minutos.

Con un tenedor corroboré que las papas y las zanahorias estuvieran blandas, extraje el agua y uní a la preparación anterior.

Las papas y la zanahoria adquirieron un excelente sabor a cebolla y ajo. Un toque natural que sin duda las hizo más agradables al paladar.

Well that's another tasty recipe @ramisey. My four favorites in one recipe. Potatoes are my most favorite while carrots go with eggplant. Onions and garlic gives a great taste to my foods whenever I cook so they became my favorites too. Especially tomatoes. Never did I know we could put this four in one pot and make an appetizing dish.
