I made a similar recipe sometimes but without vinegar and I never use carrot juice must give to the chicken a really interesting flavour 😄

        The carrot juice was an invention of mine 🤭 fortunately it turned out well and the vinegar can be substituted with apple cider vinegar which is more delicious. Cheers!
