Last Monday, my hubby was already preparing our breakfast.
It's a three-ingredient combo: eggs, kikiam, and water spinach (kangkong).
As I approached him, he suddenly told me to write the recipe on my blog. And I thought, "Yeah. This was worth sharing."
So here it is, my hubby's humble and delicious breakfast.
Ingredients:
• a few leaves of kangkong
• 10 kikiam
• 3 eggs
• 2 cloves garlic
• salt and pepper to taste
• cooking oil for sautéing

Preparation:
My hubby whisked eggs in a bowl, added chopped kangkong leaves, sprinkled salt and pepper, then mixed everything together.

Next, he heated the pan, added a little oil, and then tossed in the garlic.

Once the garlic turned fragrant, he added the kikiam, sautéing it until the pieces started to brown slightly at the edges.

Then he poured the egg-and-kangkong mixture into the pan.

Using his spatula, he stirred everything together, letting the eggs cook while the kikiam and kangkong blended perfectly into the scramble.

And that's it! Simple, quick, and honestly, made with love. 🌷🩷

Good thing he recommended writing this, as it was delicious and worth sharing. 🤤
Until our next breakfast...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
