
Compré un poquito de lagarto, y unas costillas de res, fue lo primero que agregué en la olla con agua, y los jojotos ya picados, mientras eso lo iba cocinando, piqué cebolla, pimentón, ajo, cebollín y cilantro, para luego sofreírlo con un poquito de aceite onotado. Eso lo agregué cuando estaba la carne blandita, y por supuesto a ese punto, ya tenia la papá, zanahoria, ocumo, ñame, apio, ahuyama y yuca peladas, lavadas y picadas, las agregué a la olla, y condimenté con pimienta, adobo, comino, sal al gusto, y listo. Esperé que todo se integrara bien, y que las verduras se ablandaran y obtuve una deliciosa sopa.
Esta fue mi primera sopa en mi vida que realizo de carne, siempre las he hecho de pollo, pero siempre es bueno cambiar y salir de la rutina, creo que, para ser mi primera vez, a pesar de no tener luz, y los contratiempos que tuve, quedó muy rica. However, I said that it was not going to ruin me to share with you a little of what I did.
I bought a little bit of lizard, and some beef ribs, that was the first thing I added in the pot with water, and the chopped beans, while that was cooking, I chopped onion, paprika, garlic, chives and cilantro, and then sautéed it with a little bit of olive oil. I added that when the meat was soft, and of course at that point, I already had the peeled, washed and chopped potatoes, carrots, okra, yams, celery, pumpkin and yucca, I added them to the pot, and seasoned with pepper, adobo, cumin, salt to taste, and that was it. I waited for everything to integrate well, and for the vegetables to soften and I obtained a delicious soup.
This was my first meat soup in my life, I have always made them with chicken, but it is always good to change and get out of the routine, I think that, for my first time, despite the lack of light, and the setbacks I had, it was very tasty.
