Cerdo: Así fue mi almuerzo 🍣
La carne de cerdo es la mas sabrosa en todas sus presentaciones; en mi opinión; aunado que es sencilla su cocción y no se requiere de muchos ingredientes para sazonar.

Pork is the tastiest meat in all its presentations, in my opinion, and it is easy to cook and does not require many ingredients for seasoning.
Mi manera de sazonar cochino es con sal y oregano. Así lo hice con estas dos piezas de cerdo.
My way of seasoning pork is with salt and oregano. That's how I did it with these two pieces of pork.
La parrillera debe de estar bien caliente para luego echar las piezas de cerdo.
The grill should be very hot and then the pork pieces should be placed on the grill.
Antes de voltear las piezas de cerdo debemos asegurarnos que este cocido por ese lado; luego voltear. Me gusta comer la carne de cerdo jugosa y bien cocida.
Before turning the pork pieces we must make sure that it is cooked on that side; then turn it over. I like to eat my pork juicy and well cooked.
Cuando ya estuvo listo para servir; acompañe con papas horneadas; que parecen fritas pero no lo son y una sabrosa ensalada de tomate y cebolla; aderezada con sal y mayonesa.
When ready to serve, serve with baked potatoes, which look like french fries but are not, and a tasty tomato and onion salad, dressed with salt and mayonnaise.
