Happy Friday dear #hivecommunity đ
Have you seen the commercials about magic coffees that keep you awake, focused, and energized all day? I have!
I have nothing against it, but I think we can make the same kind of coffee ourselves.
Lately, my mornings have turned into something I actually look forward to â all thanks to my magical mushroom coffee. Itâs creamy, cozy, energizing, and packed with functional mushrooms that give my routine a gentle wellness boost without overwhelming my system.
I usually make it with Turkish coffee, a bit of lactose-free milk, and sometimes cinnamon or honey depending on my mood. But the real superpower comes from my 7-mushroom blend:
đ My Mushroom Blend (7 functional favorites)
Reishi â calming, grounding, and perfect for slow mornings.
Chaga â antioxidant-rich and naturally supportive.
Shiitake â nutrient-dense with valuable polysaccharides.
Maitake â packed with beta-glucans and a soft earthy depth.
Lionâs Mane â the wellness worldâs favorite for focus and clarity.
Cordyceps â traditionally linked to vitality and smooth energy.
Tremella â the âbeauty mushroomâ known for hydration and skin-friendly polysaccharides.
(And yes⌠sometimes I add extra Lionâs Mane, because why not give your brain a little morning hug?)

The preparation is very simple.
Here I used Turkish coffee that I had brewed, I put one teaspoon of mushroom mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of lion's mane in the cup.

I strained a very small amount of brewed coffee into a cup (I don't want to mix in the coffee grounds) and blended it with an electric cappuccino blender.

Add-ins that make it even better:
Cinnamon
Honey
In the original, these healthy coffees contain cocoa, but I'm still getting used to this version. I drink coffee with milk, but I try to avoid lactose by using lactose-free milk.

This cup feels like a tiny ritual â a warm moment of focus, nourishment, and good energy before the day begins.
If youâve never tried mushroom coffee before⌠this might be your sign. â¨â
