There are different types of healing modalities, what I practice is the Pendulum Dowsing along with using commands and Crystals. There are techniques to do the energy healing which one needs to learn, it's working with the subtle body which is what we also call the auric field which we say the Aura around us, where the energy gathers. One needs to understand that energy healing is a complimentary therapy for medical reasons and should not be relied on completely for medical problems. How it helps is better and faster healing, when the energy is receptive whatever treatment you are taking will also work at it's best and that's how the body heals faster.
