1010am on a normal Thursday morning, an outlook calendar meeting reminder prompt pops up at the edge of Joe's monitor, it's a rare schedule review meeting between Joe and his supervisor Dan.
With a heavy heart, Joe grabs his notebook and heads to the meeting room with dragged feet. He knows deep down it will be a dressing down scolding instead of a review.
Once Dan seat down at the table opposite Joe, he started by listing down each and every work requirement he will be assigning to Joe and the expected deadline. Knowing Dan would blow his top if he were to provide a "No" as an answer, Joe nods softly and replied "Noted" To his surprise, Dan was angry berating Joe with statement all starting with "If James is around, he would have done / said ..."
Joe was dishearten and reply Dan "I am sorry Dan, unlike James, I am unable to meet your demand and achieve your expectation, thus to ease both our pain, I am notifying now that I quit.
Each Man is different, no 2 Man are equal, do not expect to get the same response or idea from 2 separate and unique individual.
