There might be a problem with your HIVE Giveway
As I recall, the HIVE algorithm wipes away the HIVE rewards for posts when the post payout is under $0.02. This rule also applies to comments.
One needs to have about $480 in HIVE for an upvote to be worth $0.02. The HIVE amount fluctuates with the value of HIVE. I think it is about 1,400 HIVE POWER with HIVE at $0.32.
If this is still the case, then the HP rewards you are giving with your 200 HP upvote will be wiped out as dust.
I stopped upvoting comments until I had sufficient HP to break the $0.02 barrier.
You might consider subscribing to the @dustsweeper program.
This bot works as follows: You send HIVE or HBD to @dustsweeper . @dustsweeper will use the money you sent to drop votes that will bring the upvote total over $0.02.
By default the program protects only inbound votes. If you want it to protect your outbound votes you can add the words "OUT OUT" to the memo for the funds that you transfer to dusty.
Personally, If I were to have a comment reward program, I would give the reward account a large RC delegation and buy a bunch of coins on HIVE Engine. The HE coins are going at a discount.
Several of the HE Tribes like ALIVE, CENT and LOLZ actively support such comment rewards.
For example: You could pick up 50,000 CENT for 200 HIVE right now. While the dollar value of the reward is the same, the number of coins received for the reward would be much higher.
