It sure does! and between Christmas and New Year you can see me battle the cold (and most often rain as well) for many hours while walking outside :-D lol

I remember last Fall my sciatica flared up…..😳
I couldn’t walk very far, so I carried a collapsible stool with me so I could sit when I had to….. even during rain storms!😅

It took me from late october, till early January to recover!!!😅
I completely recovered 100% but it was scary !😅💪

They say it's usually caused by an old back disc injury......
It's always good to stay in the best shape we can, to help avoid situations like this from happening!!💪😀
