Shall I do it just only once per account? Or do I need to do it repeatedly?

        Which is the "it" that you think you should just do only once per account? 🤯

        You need to tell the owner of each Hive account to send at least 0.1 HIVE or 0.1 HBD to dustsweeper with the memo INOUT or OUTIN if you want their outgoing dust votes to be swept. 🤓
