Actually you are lucky that bamboo died. When I first got the house I am preparing for the market right now I tried to take out the bamboo that was planted there before me. The neighbor asked me and while I took out all kinds of trees in the past I could only take out small parts of the patch on the outside areas. When I got into the middle of it I realized that I cannot do it without specialized skills.
