Cooked pineapples? That's a funny one.
Though, I have seen cases while people add it to their already cooked meal like rice.
And yes, tomatoes are cooked.
We hardly eat raw tomatoes here.

It is not what a family would wake up to saying we are having !PIZZA for breakfast,lunch or dinner.
Most times, people consider it as a snack here.
