It's good you didn't pay them for the installation, coupling with them not sending someone, but i think they will have refund it, if maybe you did paid for the installation.

Yet, the person who installed it for you did a great job, and it came out beautiful and well kept.

        They would have never sent the refund I guess, it did not look that way. With god's grace I did find timely help
