I've made it a habit to collect seeds wherever I go.
Collecting seeds isn't easy, because when you're just starting out in gardening, you're faced with trial and error.
So, if you want to plant from seed, here's a tip: Always do some research on Google, or wait for them to ripen.
At first, I collected tons of seeds, most of them still green, so nothing germinated.
Then, thanks to a flowering plant I had called a periwinkle, I discovered that I had to wait for the seeds to ripen.
I wait this way with all my flowering plants. And that's how I've managed to grow new plants for the garden from seed.

For example, this little one. It's an ixora plant. I picked them from a park, choosing only the seeds that had ripened.
You can tell the difference because the green ones are green, then they turn yellow, and finally they become black seeds ready to harvest.
I collected them in a small bag I had with me and took them home.
I waited a while to plant them because I didn't have anywhere to put them. Until I finally did.
On that note, I should add a second piece of advice: Use the moon as your best friend.
I usually publish the lunar planting calendar on my YouTube channel, as well as the haircutting calendar.
By keeping track of these, I also inform others, because the moon favors planting, as well as pruning plants.
Although sometimes things don't turn out as we expect, even with all the right conditions.
Occasionally, I've had seeds that haven't germinated, like water lilies, for example.
The biggest problem is that I waited too long, which caused them to lose effectiveness. They're delicate seeds.
So I can tell you that it doesn't matter; these things happen. It's like life—sometimes things happen as you expect, other times they don't.

Oh, look at the night-blooming clover, it's simply beautiful. Its leaves close. A curious thing is that it has red seeds that burst when you touch the pod. It's so funny.
Gardening Goals for This New Month That's Almost Here.
Like the good little bee I am, I have several goals.
As I've already mentioned, my biggest gardening goals are to have more flowers in the garden because I love them. As well as a wonderful, very productive vegetable garden.
Having flowers is easy for me; I haven't had any problems with that. I feel like my cats aren't flower lovers, so they don't touch them, they don't even look at them.
On the other hand, I haven't had much luck with the vegetable garden.
The cats go where I plant and make a mess. But, this year things have changed. I'm planting further away in the yard, and I'm putting up some coverings to keep them out.
So far it's worked, so I hope everything goes well this year so I can keep planting.
Especially since everything I do for the garden starts from seeds. I sow them, and I have to be very patient.
It's not easy considering the factors I mentioned, but it's part of my life, and I have to figure out what to do to have a garden and cats too.
I love my little cats, and I love my plants too. So I'm being very patient and trying to do what I have to do to keep being Miss Bee.
