Algo que ha cambiado mis días es mejorar la forma en la que empiezo el día.
Antes solía leer largas horas sin parar, podía pasarme el día entero en ello, no había problema. Pero la adultez llego y junto con ella un montón de responsabilidades. Siento que en ocasiones que son más que las de alguien de mi edad debido a los problemas económicos y políticos en mi país.
Así que me di cuenta de que debía de cambiar algunas cosas.
Ser más responsable, requiere tener la mente puesta en la cabeza, sobre los hombros, no en lo que pudo ser, en lo que será, sino en el ahora. Claro está, también es bueno planificar para el futuro, más no vivir en un tiempo que ni siquiera ha llegado aún a nuestras vidas.
Por lo que la forma en la que comienzo el día es lo que marca una gran diferencia.
De forma que, voy al jardín y leo la Biblia.

Before I used to read long hours without stopping, I could spend the whole day in it, there was no problem. But adulthood arrived and together with her a lot of responsibilities. I feel that sometimes they are more than those of someone of my age due to economic and political problems in my country.
So I realized that I should change some things.
Being more responsible, requires having the mind put in the head, on the shoulders, not in what could be, in what it will be, but in the now. Of course, it is also good to plan for the future, but not live in a time that has not even reached our lives.
So the way in which the beginning is what makes a big difference.
So that, I go to the garden and read the Bible.
Cualquiera de las dos es buena para mí.
La primera es la que más hago, debido a que tengo que regar las plantas, lo que deja de ser una responsabilidad, para convertirse en un amor profundo.
Me gusta ver mis plantas radiantes, sobre todo cuando las 12 pm se acercan, porque aquí en Anzoátegui el sol es muy duro con ellas (y con todos). Por lo que regarlas es importante para que a todas horas se vean bien, y estén bien.
A su vez, estos minutos de la mañana regando, mirando el estado de mis plantas, barriendo las hojas secas, quitando la maleza, hace que comience el día, conectándome con el planeta de una forma magnífica.
Esto es la creación de Dios, todo, las plantas, la tierra, los colibríes que vienen a visitar, los árboles, los pájaros que vienen a sus tertulias. Todo.
¿Podría decir que equivale a leer la Biblia? No lo sé con seguridad, lo que sé es que Dios creó esta maravilla, que siento mucha paz, y mi creatividad se dispara. Puedo sentirme mal e ir allí para desconectar y reiniciar el contador. O, puedo estar feliz y tranquila, yendo al jardín termina de recargar mi energía.
Por eso siempre digo que Dios es sabio en su creación, él sabe lo que hizo, y por qué lo hizo.
Así que le agradezco por ello incorporando a mi rutina leer la Biblia. Algo que hago desde mi teléfono, pero no es lo mismo que tenerla en físico.
He decidido tomar algunos minutos para leerla en físico antes de empezar mi rutina.
Lo que sinceramente hace que las cosas salgan mejor durante el día. Y cuando eso no pasa, al menos sé manejar mejor las situaciones.
Esta es mi rutina matutina, una que hace que mis días sean muy bonitos. ¿Me compartes la tuya?

Could you say that it is equivalent to reading the Bible? I don't know for sure, what I know is that God created this wonder, that I feel a lot of peace, and my creativity shoots. I can feel bad and go there to disconnect and restart the accountant. Or, I can be happy and calm, going to the garden, he finishes recharging my energy.
That is why I always say that God is wise in his creation, he knows what he did, and why he did it.
So I thank you for this, incorporating my routine read the Bible. Something I do from my phone, but it is not the same as having it in physical.
I have decided to take a few minutes to read it in physical before starting my routine.
Which sincerely makes things go better during the day. And when that does not happen, at least I know how to better manage situations.
