🧹🌞 Un miércoles que empieza con ritmo y limpieza
Mis saludos para mis amigos. Amanecí bien tempranito en mi trabajo. Hoy es miércoles y ya la semana va a una gran velocidad, por lo menos para mí. Aunque todavía no deben venir clientes porque no es hora de abrir, sí tenemos que comenzar temprano porque hay que limpiar, fregar y barrer los patios, y organizar las mesas y sillas.
Mientras vamos haciendo todo eso, tratamos de animarnos con un poco de música y algún que otro chiste entre compañeras. A veces, hasta nos reímos de cualquier tontería con tal de que el cansancio no se note tanto. El trabajo físico es fuerte, pero cuando hay buen ambiente, todo se hace más llevadero.
Hoy me toca también revisar la nevera y organizar los insumos en la cocina. Me gusta tener todo bajo control antes de que lleguen los primeros pedidos. Cuando todo está limpio y en orden, se siente una especie de paz, como si el lugar mismo nos agradeciera por cuidarlo bien. Y así, poco a poco, vamos arrancando el día con energía.
🧹🌞 A Wednesday that starts with rhythm and cleanliness
Greetings to my friends. I woke up bright and early at work. Today is Wednesday, and the week is already moving at a rapid pace, at least for me. Although customers shouldn't be coming yet because it's not opening time, we do have to start early because we have to clean, scrub, and sweep the patios, and set up the tables and chairs.
While we're doing all this, we try to cheer ourselves up with a little music and the occasional joke between colleagues. Sometimes, we even laugh at silly things to make the fatigue less noticeable. The physical work is hard, but when there's a good atmosphere, everything becomes more bearable.
Today I also have to check the refrigerator and organize the supplies in the kitchen. I like to have everything under control before the first orders arrive. When everything is clean and tidy, it feels like a kind of peace, as if the place itself is thanking us for taking good care of it. And so, little by little, we start the day with energy.
