CineTV Contest ~ my all-time happy movie

in CineTV9 days ago

A movie that makes me happy would be my favorite movie, but then my favorite movie changes, yesterday is another movie, and today it is something else, and tomorrow I don't know what it will be, writing this post It's beginning to unveil certain things I didn't know about myself, and I love it.

The movies that make me happy are Korean movies. I don't know how they do it, but then even when the movie's genre has no atom of comedy in it, it would end up cracking something inside of you, thereby leading you to start laughing profusely without control. All Korean movies possess that. They make you laugh even when you don't want to.

I easily get attracted to Korean movies, especially the ones that have to do with "high school." Such movies sweep me off my feet. Let's dive deep into the particular movie that makes me happy. "Trying to reveal it to you people".

The Plot

"Study Group" tells the story of a scholar who wants to be very good at studying but is only good at fighting. "Would he fight his way into college?" He tries to form a study group that would enable him to study and work on his grades to get into college.

My Review

One thing that is always evident in korean movies is the act of bullying, portraying these actions of bullying in movies makes me want to conclude that "it happens in real life" because I can't recall watching a movie that doesn't have an atom of bullying in it. You see students getting bullied for being poor, "like who does that?" By right, it's even the poor that is supposed to bully the rich, but this particular one is the other way around.

Aside from the bullying in the movie, I loved every other thing about this movie, it shows no matter how unintelligent you are. If you have the determination inside of you to be intelligent and you work towards it, you will be intelligent. Just like the student who loves studying but doesn't know how to go about it, all his school life, he tried to form a study group that would help him study hard, but the early years went into the dust.

He managed to get into high school and fell behind in his grades. He decided to make friends with people more knowledgeable than him, but then they kept turning him down because who would want to hang out with someone who wouldn't help you with anything regarding books? He is just at the learning aspect only.

His zeal to study and graduate high with the best grades made him work hard on himself, despite the challenges he faced in school, his trying to make new friends and his mum being a hindrance to those friendships his trying to build didn't stop him, he made sure to make the right friends and brought them to his mother. I know often parents think their children can't make the choice when it comes to keeping friends but then they are wrong. When you trust your child to always make the right decision, I think they can.

This movie isn't supposed to be funny, but then some scenes made me laugh so hard that I forgot I was watching it at my place of work, and my colleagues would come spy on me to see if I was still normal. images are screenshots from my phone.

Thanks for reading 🧡

My favorite movies change every time I find new ones that make me happy and I do enjoy watching these Indian action movies - they give me joy and goosebumps whenever I’m sitting right there staring at the screen. I just enjoy them.

I really do like this movie and I think there are lots to learn from it. Korean movies are mostly about bullying being involved and watching most of them for so long made me come to a conclusion that it is what happens in that country, of course it happens everywhere but they dwell much on it.

The act of bullying is too much in their movies, and most times, it becomes irritating to watch.

Thank you for your nice comment.

You’re welcome ☺️

I'm also a fan of Korean movies especially the village korean movies, though I do watch the city movie but I prefer the village movie. Also Korean movies are mostly about bullying, how the students get bullied for been poor.
