Today I will tell you about mine and how I have applied it to my life. It all started when I was 17 years old, when I finished high school, I was sure that I wanted a career in the health area. Among my options were medicine, bioanalysis and dentistry.

I decided to go into medicine, my start was not easy, I was adapting to living away from my parents. However, little by little I started to become independent, to be responsible, to learn from my mistakes. Throughout those 8 years, at different times I questioned if this career was really for me, as I progressed I found more complex subjects, but despite the setbacks I continued to move forward.

At times I looked around me to compare myself with other colleagues who advanced faster, until emotional maturity came to me, realizing that everyone has their own time and they say that God's time is perfect. How right they were.
Today, I graduated as a general practitioner 2 years ago at the Universidad de Oriente - Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela. I cannot feel happier about this, besides being a source of pride for my family. To offer a helping hand to my patients, to receive a hug and thanks from a child, the blessings of grandmothers, is everything.

Our habits always take us to good or bad places, depending on what we choose to be, in my head has always been the phrase “Enjoy the road and be happy, not only when you reach your goal” because yes, happiness is not found at the end of the road when you achieved your personal triumph, but in the journey where you meet wonderful people who motivate you to move forward.

Thank you very much for coming here, I hope you have a great Sunday and a good start of the week, hugs.🤗🍃
