En los últimos meses, he pasado por un profundo proceso de cambio en mi vida cotidiana. Diciembre fue un mes que marco un antes y un después luego de la partida física de mi padre. Esto significó el asumir responsabilidades extras que en un principio no estaban planificadas, pero que con el pasar de los días fueron tomando forma y que en la actualidad se han convertido en la plataforma de despegue hacia unos días cargados de armonía y tranquilidad.

La dinámica diaria ha cambiado bastante, pero siento que la estoy disfrutando y aprovecho cada instante para llenarme de estas. En la actualidad tengo nuevas personas que me rodean, entre estas unos buenos vecinos, atentos y muy jocosos. Con el físico, quizás marcado por la edad pero con un gran espíritu juvenil, seguidores acérrimos del equipo de béisbol de la ciudad, defensores fieles del barrio, de la cuadra. Deportistas natos, el ajedrez no puede faltar todas las tardes, a veces me siento con ellos a disfrutar los regaños entre ellos mismos por una mala jugada, me recuerda mis tiempos de fanático.

Hoy tuve la oportunidad de acompañarlos, solo pudimos estar un rato porque en los últimos días el sol ha salido poco, al parecer la temporada de lluvias ha tocado nuestras puertas y por lo menos hoy no nos dejó terminar la faena. Pero la tonalidad del día, del ambiente y el atuendo de antaño me dieron ánimos para tomar un par de fotografías a uno de estos duelos.

Estoy transitando nuevos retos, nuevos paisajes, nuevas compañías, siento que todo está aportando lo suyo y estoy dispuesto a forjar las nuevas oportunidades que definirán el futuro próximo de los días por venir.

In the last few months, I have gone through a profound process of change in my daily life. December was a month that marked a before and after after the physical departure of my father. This meant taking on extra responsibilities that at first were not planned, but as the days went by they took shape and have now become the launching pad for a few days full of harmony and tranquility.

The daily dynamic has changed a lot, but I feel that I am enjoying it and I take advantage of every moment to fill myself with these. At present I have new people around me, among them some good neighbors, attentive and very jocular. With the physique, perhaps marked by age but with a great youthful spirit, staunch followers of the baseball team of the city, faithful defenders of the neighborhood, of the block. Born sportsmen, chess can not miss every afternoon, sometimes I sit with them to enjoy the scolding among themselves for a bad play, it reminds me of my times as a fan.

Today I had the opportunity to accompany them, we could only stay a while because in recent days the sun has come out little, apparently the rainy season has knocked on our doors and at least today did not let us finish the task. But the tone of the day, the atmosphere and the old attire encouraged me to take a couple of pictures of one of these duels.

I'm moving through new challenges, new landscapes, new companies, I feel that everything is contributing its own and I'm ready to forge new opportunities that will define the near future of the days to come.
