Los almuerzos en familia son mis favoritos y si claro que tenemos una costumbre en semana Santa o Semana Mayor, en realidad si no viajamos siempre almorzamos en familia en casa o en casa de mi suegro, esta vez mi suegro nos invito a almorzar pues la sra Nelly había hecho la comida, ella es la señora que le ayuda, hizo pescado seco, ensalada, arroz, sopa de pan, tajadas y jugo de lechoza, todo absolutamente bueno.
No se si esta tradición es del estado Trujillo o Mérida de verdad, lo cierto es que a mi suegro siempre le ha gustado la sopa de pan, en realidad a mi no me gusta por lo que los que la comen son mi suegro, mi esposo y la sra Nelly que es de Mérida, a mis hijos y a mi no nos gusta, se que es un plato muy codiciado en esos estados, sin embargo acá en Maracay no es que sea típico.
La sra Nelly se esmero tanto que sobro mucha ensalada, pescado y sopa, la verdad la comida esta muy rica el pescado seco estaba en su punto, la sra Nelly cocina muy bien, a mis hijos les encanta como cocina y claro esa sazón de las abuelas de antes lo tiene ella, ella es muy tímida pero es una gran persona que conocemos desde hace muchos años.
Al día siguiente todo lo que sobro nos lo llevamos a la casa y volvimos a almorzar todos juntos y ahora una nueva integrante en la familia, la novia de mi hijo, ya los chicos están creciendo y la familia también, es la primera vez que lleva a alguien a la casa, como madre uno esta precavido, pero la chica es tranquila se nota tímida y muy bonita, la pasamos bien y bueno tome la foto en familia para el recuerdo.
Pasamos una buena tarde, después de comer escuchamos música, nos conocimos un poco más con la chica, hablamos de todo un poco, el calor estaba insoportable, mi suegro hasta se quedó dormido en el mueble, los chicos estaban contentos y nosotros también, pasamos un jueves santo en armonía en familia, espero ustedes también pasarán estos días en familia y claro recordando el sacrificio de nuestro señor que hizo por cada uno de nosotros, feliz semana santa.

Mrs. Nelly was so careful that there was a lot of salad, fish and soup left over, the truth is that the food is very tasty, the dried fish was just right, Mrs. Nelly cooks very well, my children love the way she cooks and of course she has the seasoning of the old grandmothers, she is very shy but she is a great person that we have known for many years.
The next day we took all the leftovers to the house and had lunch all together and now a new member in the family, my son's girlfriend, the kids are growing and the family is growing too, it is the first time she brings someone to the house, as a mother one is cautious, but the girl is quiet, shy and very pretty, we had a good time and well take the family photo for the memory.
We spent a good afternoon, after lunch we listened to music, we got to know the girl a little better, we talked about everything a little, the heat was unbearable, my father-in-law even fell asleep on the furniture, the kids were happy and so were we, we spent a Holy Thursday in harmony with the family, I hope you will also spend these days with the family and of course remembering the sacrifice of our Lord that he made for each one of us, happy Holy Week.
