Wow, we didn’t have many fireworks around here this year! Years ago, when I was working at a hospital in the Philippines, and around the New Year, we were always ready for fireworks related accidents. It was always very busy at that time. Some people even lost fingers, etc. I’m not sure how it is there now, they were crazy about fireworks.
