Hello friends of #familyandfriends, today I want to share with everyone a lovely experience we lived recently, when we went to the OHWOW store opening. It was a special day that started with the invitation from our son, who, browsing Instagram, found out about the grand opening. He enthusiastically suggested we go together, and we didn't think twice.
We had been busy doing various chores at home that day, so we decided to go out in the afternoon, once everything was in order. On our way out, we were greeted by a partly cloudy, but incredibly beautiful sky. The clouds, far from dulling the landscape, gave a magical air to the surroundings, allowing us to capture beautiful photos of both the natural and urban landscape. It was one of those skies that invite you to stop, look calmly and admire the beauty that surrounds you.
Hola amigos de #familyandfriends, hoy quiero compartir con todos una experiencia encantadora que vivimos recientemente, cuando fuimos a la inauguración de la tienda OHWOW. Fue un día especial que comenzó con la invitación de nuestro hijo, quien, navegando por Instagram, se enteró de la gran apertura. Con entusiasmo nos propuso ir juntos, y no lo pensamos dos veces.
Ese día habíamos estado ocupados haciendo varias tareas en casa, así que decidimos salir en la tarde, una vez que todo estaba en orden. Al salir, nos recibió un cielo parcialmente nublado, pero increíblemente hermoso. Las nubes, lejos de opacar el paisaje, le daban un aire mágico al entorno, permitiendo capturar fotos bellísimas tanto del paisaje natural como del urbano. Era uno de esos cielos que te invitan a detenerte, mirar con calma y admirar la belleza que te rodea.
When we arrived at the store, we were met with a surprise; there was no parking space. This made us wait a few minutes, which did not bother us at all, as we were able to admire the entrance decorated in a very cheerful and eye-catching way. The distinctive colors of the brand, yellow and blue, gave a festive air to the place, making the wait more enjoyable. It seemed that everything was carefully planned to welcome us with positive energy.
Cuando llegamos a la tienda, nos encontramos con una sorpresa; no había espacio para aparcar. Esto nos hizo esperar algunos minutos, lo cual no nos molestó en lo absoluto, ya que pudimos admirar la entrada decorada de manera muy alegre y llamativa. Los colores distintivos de la marca, amarillo y azul, daban un aire festivo al lugar, haciendo que la espera fuera más amena. Parecía que todo estaba cuidadosamente planeado para recibirnos con energía positiva.
Once we managed to park, we headed to the store. Upon entering, we were impressed by how spacious it was. It was well laid out and offered a wide variety of products at affordable prices. On the first floor you could find a lot of school and office supplies, all very organized and easy to visualize. Every corner was full of interesting options.
Una vez que logramos estacionar, nos dirigimos a la tienda. Al entrar, nos impresionó lo amplia que era. Estaba bien distribuida y ofrecía una gran variedad de productos con precios accesibles. En la planta baja se podía encontrar una gran cantidad de material escolar y de oficina, todo muy organizado y fácil de visualizar. Cada rincón estaba lleno de opciones interesantes.
The upstairs was even more fascinating, with products for the home; kitchen utensils, containers, glassware, decorative items and even toys. It was a paradise for those who enjoy furnishing their home without spending a fortune. I took advantage of the opportunity and bought some large pots for my plants at only one dollar and twenty cents, a bargain! My son, always curious and detail-oriented, chose some digital watches; he wanted to mark the memory of that special day. My husband, on the other hand, opted for modern headphones that promised good sound quality.
After calmly walking around every corner, we headed to the checkout area to pay. The process was surprisingly fast, accompanied by a very friendly service. I was really pleased with the friendliness of the employees; they made us feel welcome and valued.
La planta alta era aún más fascinante, con productos para el hogar; utensilios de cocina, envases, cristalería, artículos de decoración e incluso juguetes. Era un paraíso para quienes disfrutan de equipar su casa sin gastar una fortuna. Yo aproveché la oportunidad y compré unas macetas grandes para mis plantas, a tan solo un dólar con veinte centavos. ¡Una ganga! Mi hijo, siempre curioso y detallista, eligió unos relojes digitales; quería marcar el recuerdo de ese día tan especial. Mi esposo, por su parte, se inclinó por unos audífonos modernos que prometían una buena calidad de sonido.
Después de recorrer con calma cada rincón, nos dirigimos al área de cajas para pagar. El proceso fue sorprendentemente rápido, acompañado de una atención muy cordial. Me sentí realmente complacida con la amabilidad de los empleados; nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y valorados.
As we left the tent, the sun was beginning to set. The sky was painted in warm tones, and we decided to take advantage of the moment to take a brief tour of the city. The cityscape took on a unique beauty. Every corner looked like a great postcard.
Al salir de la tienda, el sol comenzaba a ponerse. El cielo se pintaba de tonos cálidos, y decidimos aprovechar el momento para dar un breve recorrido por la ciudad. El paisaje urbano adquiría una belleza única. Cada esquina parecía una gran postal.
We continued on our way home captivated by the soft colors of the sunset that blended with the mountains. It was a beautiful visual spectacle, with shimmering and magical colors giving a special glow to the natural landscapes that accompanied us on our journey.
Continuamos nuestro camino a casa cautivados por los suaves colores del atardecer que se mezclaban con las montañas. Era un espectáculo visual hermoso, con colores reluciente y mágico dándole un brillo especial a los paisajes naturales que nos acompañaban en el trayecto.
This is how our afternoon went, between the discovery of this new store and the contemplation of the beauty that surrounds us. It was a simple experience but with great meaning for us.
