        Hi tahirmuneer, I agree with you. It's interesting to see how technology has evolved over time. In this post, I'm specifically talking about turning. This is a chip-removal process performed on a lathe, in which the workpiece rotates around its axis while the tool advances in a straight line. It's used to create surfaces of revolution: cylinders, cones, grooves, threads, shoulders.
