Hi, friends!
After years of trying, Swede Oliver Solberg finally scored his first overall win on some event of the World Rally Championship, and just happened to be in Estonia, country where he drove before and has lots of experience.
It is a good thing when you have your father, who won World Rally Championship, as a mentor and coach. It can't be better then that. But without a will and determination, it is not enough. We saw some other sons of ex-WRC champions who didn't succeeded and that's what I am talking about. Will to push when it's not good is a crucial thing.
Anyway, Oliver Solberg (Toyota) scored his first WRC win while two Hyundais (Ott Tanak and Thierry Neuville) finished 2nd and 3rd. With this result, Ott Tanak took the lead in the Championship from Elfyn Evans (Toyota). Yeah, it is not an easy thing to open the road on gravel rallies, but that's all part of the game.
Kalle Rovanpera (Toyota) and Adrien Fourmaux (Hyundai) finished 4th and 5th in the end. Next event is in less then two weeks and being held in Finland on similar kind of the roads as in Estonia.
Congratulations, Oliver...
