I very much agree, my friend! I sit in front of my computer quite a lot, but at least I go to get sun, and to work on the land every day! Balance is indeed, key, and in everything! πππβ¨π€
And we learn balance by going into imbalance, until we find the sweet spot! πππβ¨π€
