Most of those that have, or had, a presence on earth, are hugely more technologically, and often, though not always, more psycho-spiritually developed as well, and the technology that they utilize operates in a completely different manner and level to what we are accustomed. That's how most of the positively-oriented non-terrestrial groups operate, especially now, gently offering assistance from the sidelines, and not interfering directly, unless of course they're working to repair damage that they may have inadvertently done. πππβ¨π€

Well, some have said that they get more directly involved because in their previous attempts at assisting different groups of people in various ways, the results were far from what they intended, so they're working to rectify their errors now. Time is a funny thing with many of them, since they can travel through time as easily as they travel through space. πππβ¨π€

No, that doesn't seem to be the case. There are many with good intentions, but their methods sometimes leave a bit to be desired when seen from a larger context. There are also quite a few that could be termed 'evil', as well as those that are basically ambivalent to human well being. The evil buggers are the ones that have controlled earth for a very long time, though that time is now ending, very, very, very thankfully. πππβ¨π€
