I sometimes think about not trying too hard to increase my engagement count just to "keep afloat" within the Top 10 places of the #Ecency Weekly Engagement Leaderboard, and instead spend only a maximum of 1 hour typing a long post and also a maximum of 1 hour responding to comments I can easily reply to (such that I would allow dropping down to somewhere below the Top 10 but above the Top 50 of the weekly leaderboard). 🤔🤯 The weekly engagement board of Ecency is no longer as easy to top as before. 🤯🧘‍♂️😅

Well, whatever you do, you need to find something that works for you over the long term, some stable, sweet balance. Yep, getting to the top of the time now is notably more challenging than it used be. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

In terms of author rewards, a single long post almost always beats a month's earnings from only commenting. 🤔🤯 That's why in case I tried harder to go back to the Top 10 of the #Ecency Weekly Engagement Leaderboard and still don't manage to be there on the next awarding post by Melinda, I would consider simply publishing a post a day before I start replying to comments, and also limit my time on Hive to 2 hours a day. 🧘‍♂️🤓

Since I dropped to the Top 14 of the #Ecency Weekly Engagement Leaderboard on Melinda's latest awarding post, I have finally decided to spend at least half of my time here on Hive for preparing and publishing a Hive post daily. 🤯 Even Melinda who used to be near the Top 3 spot on the weekly leaderboard now dropped to the Top 10, which suggests that it got harder to maintain a high position on the leaderboard! 😅

That sounds like a good plan. Daily publishing is excellent. I've been doing it for almost 3 years now. Yeah, the currents have gotten a lot stronger in the top ten, so it definitely takes more effort to remain there. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I would decide to be back at the Top 10 of the #Ecency Weekly Engagement Leaderboard "when the currents subside". 🤔 An hour commenting allows me only more or less 30 comments published (using Ecency), which means 100 comments would likely already take me more than 3 hours. 🤯🤓
