EXERCISING
The physical activity that have boosted my confidence and makes me feel the happiest is going to the gym. I had always love dancing, but I never knew how to dance. In my head, hmmmm, I'm a great dancer, I can make all dance moves in my mind, but when it comes to making those moves in reallife, that becomes my greatest challenge.

I often experience pain in my joint which made the movement of my body even more difficult. I then thought maybe I needed to exercise. I was nursing that thoughts when my friend suggested going to the gym, I agreed to it without hesitation. Guess what, that decision actually changed my life. As I started exercising, those join pains gradually go away and my confidence was boosted greatly.

Now I can move my body comfortably and express myself freely without fear or hesitation. Going to the gym has also made me happier because I feel stronger and healthier. In fact I have incorporated it in my lifestyle. And I always enjoy it whenever I go to the gym or exercise at home.

HOW OFTEN DO I DO IT
I exercise three to five times in a week. I arrange it the way that, if I can not go to the gym because of some circumstances beyond my control, then I exercise at home in my compound and it makes me feel better than before. Exercising has boosted my confidence, improve my body movements, and makes me feel happier in my everyday life.

It is true that I have not become perfect in dancing the way I wish in my mind😀😀😀😀 but now, I have learnt some good moves in reallife dancing that really makes me happy.
