        Hi Sammy, computers are exceptional design tools today. BIM design is now at the forefront of construction design.
        BIM is now applied in these sectors:

        • Design and construction of buildings (residential, industrial, hospitals, schools)
        • Infrastructure (roads, railways, bridges, networks)
        • Plants (MEP) and large industrial complexes
        • Lifecycle management: as-built, maintenance, asset management (Digital Twin when the model is linked to real data)
