I discovered a lot of things yesterday, I mean, it's a late discoveries and I really find it funny. Thinking about it now, I realized how unaware I am in my surrounding when i visit a place. You know, when I am too focus with "this", I can't really give any attention to other things. In other word, I can't multitask (≧▽≦)...
Mama asked me if I want to go with her to the Health Center to get her a free medicines. She already run out of it so it's time to get some again. I didn't give her an answer, but right after she asked me, I went inside the house upstairs, get my cap and my facemask, and of course my headset. That's 7:30 am and I just finish doing the things I had to do. We still have leftovers that we can eat for lunch so I don't really need to go to the market. Meaning, I am free that time. And that's why I want to go with her to the Health Center. I also want a change of surrounding and I thought that's already the perfect time for it. And so i'm ready to go...
I called Mama to show her i'm ready but when she see me she was like "I said we'll go at 9, not 7:30!" But I shhhh her saying 7:30 is the right time to go and walk outside. That time, Mama just finish preparing her black coffee, I saw it when I visit her downstairs. Hahaha. So I told her she could just put the coffee in a paper cup and drink it while we're walking. But she didn't do it, so we left home without Mama having her breakfast ಥ‿ಥ. And that time, I didn't thought about the morning assembly every Monday in the City Hall. I only remember it after arriving there...

But before that, let me share what I saw on our way to the Health Center. According to Mama these plants here is Sambong. I heard about this plants even before because of it's medicinal benefits but I never really saw one in person. According to Mama sambong is really smelly, it's smelly but it has a great health benefits.

This pretty one caught my attention too because of its bright and lively color. This can surely give color in your own garden if you have them there. The question is, is it actually good to have them in your yard? I should check look for it using google lens.

Anyways, we arrive in the Park near the City Hall and this what greeted us, their morning assembly in Monday. All of the employees are outside, it started with prayer, then flag ceremony. There's a small program too, our Mayor also say a few words there but I didn't really listen to them. I'd rather listen to music and enjoy my surrounding than focus in something else.

We decided to take cover on this huge red santa socks. And my gosh, i've been here so many times already but I only discovered that day that this is actually a slides ⊙﹏⊙.

Haha, look at that. It's cute and all but i'm laughing at myself for not noticing this before. This is what happened when you don't pay much attention to what's in front your face. Lol. It is also thanks to the kids who's playing there that time, that I discover this,. Really, really funny. Lol

By the way, let me also share the booklet Mama has to show to get the free medicine. You'll just have to show it and they will immediately give the medicines you need. It's cool how fast it is. I also have Mommy F booklet here because she already run out of medicine for hypertension.

It took one and half hour before we can go to the health center. And this is another surprise for me because I just discovered that the there's already another building for this department. Before, we get the free medicines in the main Health Center, they have small room in there meant for it. Ohoooo, Bansud really is improving.

There's already a few people in front when we arrive. They started giving medicines right away. And to be honest, i'm hesitating a bit here to show Mommy F booklet because what if they won't allow me to get Mom's meds? But then again, I also thought that not all seniors can visit here, and that time Mom's arthritis us acting up so I have a reason if ever they ask.

But to my surprise, they didn't check or whatever, they just asked for the booklet which I showed immediately. She just checked the log inside the booklet then proceed on grabbing the needed medicines. Before she handed it, they asked for a signature on their log book which I immediately sign. And here's the free meds. It's four kind of medicines, amlodipine, lozartan, cetirizine and that b¹, b⁶ & b¹² medicine. Cool! Now the oldies and mama doesn't have to buy their medicines.
Do you also have free medicines in your country? I'm really really curious. (^._.^)ノ
