I just discovered this community and I decided to participate in this contest.
Leadership and Teamwork are important skills in an organization. An organization or a company without leadership and Teamwork is bound to fail. Also, leadership without teamwork and teamwork without leadership are void.
I and my team members
Before an organization is successful quality leadership and teamwork work together to achieve a particular goal. A lead who sits with his team members to plan, discuss, suggest, and bring results together for the betterment of the organization.
A leader must be visionary to lead their team members, where there is a vision, there is provision. Action must be taken, deliberation without action is dead.
If you see an organization succeeding, there must have been good teamwork. A CEO once shared with me how he would call his team members together to discuss and bring a solution on how to move the company forward. When there was no reasonable response, the manager closed down the company for a week and asked his team members to go home and pray and bring results.
They returned after a week and put their heads together and brought a solution, and they grew better than before. He said, if you come to my company you will vex and go 😂😂
As a leader working together with your team will help a lot to sort out issues and the right approaches to respond to situations.
And there must be a reward system in your organization, the people who are doing well, you reward, and it will encourage others to step up.
As a leader, you must build a constructive team. People who will be giving information, people who will seek information from other organizations, the ones who will bring clarity, and the ones who encourage others to carry out a project without fear. And the gatekeepers, they guide your company with sincerity without playing the role of destruction.
As a leader, you need to be wise too to be able to pick out the aggressors within your organization; if not, they will bring it down for you.
Therefore, leadership and Teamwork work hand in hand to bring success, progress, and growth to an organization.
