Greetings, everyone!
This morning I had a project management class, and this is my first time attending a morning class for project management. It was a good time, but I was so heavy and my eyes were heavy too. I didn't take my breakfast, but I was too heavy to the point of dozing off.

By the time my lecturer was talking about building a substantial relationship with people, sleep disappeared. I like relationships so much. Relationship is that virtue that has helped me since I came to Kaduna State for my service year. In this life, if you want to go far, you need relationships because they're a ladder that takes you to the top.
In business, you need relationships with people to thrive or succeed. A businessman, people, or customers coming to purchase will not excel in life. And one thing I know about relationships is that they create multiplication. For instance, in marriage, a man gets to marry his wife, and they stay together on love, joy, and peace, the result will show, either in good health or as a result of pregnancy, and this brings about multiplication.
As my lecturer was teaching, he said, as a project manager, you need to build relationships and a strong team that would help you succeed as a manager. You can't plan alone, or execute alone. And went ahead to say, from relationship to connection to acquiring a skill that will solve people's problem and reading books to gain knowledge and confidence to stand in the midst of chaos or when people are faced with challenges of uncertainties, you can clarify their doubts and offer a profound solution to their problems.

Therefore, relationships are important, and we should treat them so dearly. Anywhere you find yourself be open and willing to connect with people.
Thank you for reading through. I appreciate.
