Cabbage is one of the most popular vegetables in my country, it is a versatile vegetable and has a very low price. There are different types of cabbage that I have come across local cabbage, imported cabbage and also purple cabbage. It's nice to find cabbage prepared in different ways in my country, salads, fried into bakwan and even sauteed and the most common one I find is combined with noodles.
Now as a cabbage lover of course I love all the preparations I mentioned above. However, my favorite is when cabbage is boiled and then dipped with spicy chili sauce. Cabbage becomes very spectacular, even cabbage in the stew became my mainstay menu when I want to stabilize the weight. I know many of you love raw cabbage in salads. But trust me, cabbage blanched briefly in boiling water and then dipped in a spicy chili sauce is delicious. The flavor is very unique and of course the crunchy and soft texture makes it special for me.
