Cork egg is one of the processed snacks made from cheese combined with fried eggs. This snack is a must on the list of Eid cookies prepared at my house. Although the process takes quite a long time, the cork egg cake has a unique flavor. It is definitely loved by everyone, both adults and children, so how many are made will run out very quickly.
As someone who loves cooking, of course this cork egg cake is not my first time making it. I have made it quite often at moments of Eid celebration like this. But in my opinion, making this cake requires extraordinary patience because it can spend a lot of time if we do it ourselves, therefore I usually make it during Eid with my sister at home. He helped me finish this cake to completion.

Ingredients Used
1 kg tapioca flour
1 block of cheese
1 teaspoon mushroom broth
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
Making Procedure
Prepare all the broken eggs in a larger container and mix until fluffy.
Grate the cheese with a grater or you can also cut it into small pieces to make it easier to mix.
Stir the cheese into the eggs that have been mixed until evenly mixed.
Then add salt and mushroom stock, then add vanilla powder.
Add flour little by little while mixing on low speed.
When all the flour is incorporated, knead by hand then knead until smooth and the dough is easy to shape.
Take a small amount of dough to form an elongated shape and put it into cold oil.
Then, when there is plenty, fry the cheesecake until golden yellow. I usually make it in 3 oil pans at once to finish it quickly. Now take the rest of the dough and store it in plastic so it won't be hard when shaped.
Result
I'm so happy that my cork eggs can be enjoyed. Store in an airtight container can last up to one month. But usually I only last 2 weeks at home I enjoy with my extended family, because it's that good.
